We’re super excited about the Bury is the 10k coming to the streets that we’ve run every single week. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro, here are a few tips to make the most of the event.

How can you prepare for the race?

Try not to get yourself too worried about the race, just try and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Remember, it's not just about the finish line, but the journey getting there.

What should you eat and drink before the race?

Make sure you have some sort of hydration before the run. It's important to stay hydrated, so drink plenty of water leading up to the event. Also, make sure you eat something in the morning like a banana or oats, but don’t eat too much to avoid feeling heavy during the race.

How important is warming up?

Make sure you do a proper warmup before the race. This will help prevent injuries and get your muscles ready for the run. A good warmup can make a big difference in your performance.

What's the key to a successful race?

But the most important thing is to enjoy every second of the race. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just looking to have fun, remember to take in the experience and celebrate your accomplishment.
